TERMS OF SERVICE
BY COMMISSIONING WOLFSKIN STUDIOS YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS TERMS OF SERVICE.
-WOLFSKINSTUDIOS IS PET FRIENDLY AND HAS BOTH DOG & CAT. IF YOU ARE ALERGIC TO THESE ANIMALS PLEASE DO NOT COMMISSION US. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR SUIT WILL BE FREE OF PET HAIR/DANDER DESPITE KEEPING ANIMALS AWAY FROM SUPPLIES AND CLEANING OUR WORK ROOM DAILY.
-WolfskinStudios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We do not support racism, homophobia, transphobia, bigotry or any form of abuse, animal abuse or otherwise. If you are found participating in any of these notions you will be black listed, and/or found after commissioning Wolfskin Studios, your commission will be refunded and terminated immediately.
-Commissioners MUST be 18+ or older. You will be asked to provide a form of ID. [You may block out any part you don't wish me to see except birthday and name)

COMMISSIONS
-Payments are made via SQUARE invoice, PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFER OR OTHER. ALL COMMISSION PAYMENTS MUST BE FULLY PAID FOR ANY WORK TO BEGIN. NO WORK WILL BEGIN UNTIL COMMISSION IS PAID IN FULL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-WE ARE NO LONGER OFFERING PAYMENT PLANS ON SMALL COMMISSIONS. LARGE COMMISSIONS MAY BE SPLIT INTO PAYMENTS OF 3 PAYMENTS OVER 3 MONTHS TIME FRAME.
-PAYMENT PLANS WILL HAVE A LATE FEE OF $50 FOR EVERY TWO WEEKS PAST THE PAYMENT DEADLINE.
-Once an Invoice is Sent you have 48 hours to make your payment or the invoice will be cancelled & your slot will be given to the next person.
-Commissions are NOT first come first serve and will be chosen based on who can pay in full upfront or in less then 3 payments.
Commissions will also be chosen on design and what will look good in MY style.
-Fullsuit commissions need a Duct Tape Dummy. Please keep this in mind if you cannot get one made.
-FAILURE TO FOLLOW DUCT TAPE DUMMY INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN AN ADDED FEE & REQUIRMENT OF REDOING THE DTD. NO ACCEPTIONS. PLEASE FOLLOW PROVIDED INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
-Commissions will need a clear reffsheet to work from. It will need AT LEAST a front/back view and a side view if possible for fullsuits.
-I prefer to work with my own bases and materials! We will No longer be accepting commissions with Resin base or Silicone materials.
-COMMISSIONER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS & ANY ADDED INSURANCE.
-If you wish to Sell your commission after you have received it you are free to do so. Commissioners are only aloud to list the fursuit for the same price that you commissioned it for. NO EXCEPTIONS Unless we state otherwise.
WARRANTY
-There is a one-year warranty (from the time of shipping) on all suits and parts that I make. If you have any popped seams, fitting issues, holes, adhesive failures, or any other mechanical issues, you can send the suit back and I will fix it for free. However, the client is responsible for all shipping costs.
-If you'd prefer to fix something yourself and not have to ship it, I am also happy to give detailed instructions!
-THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TOTAL SUIT REDO'S. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY FOR SOME REASON WITH YOUR SUIT AT THE VERY END EVEN AFTER FIXING IT, UNFORTUNATLY THERE IS NOT A LOT I CAN DO TO FIX THAT- BUT THE COMMISSION HAS BEEN COMPLETED & IT IS NOT TO THE FAULT OF THE STUDIO.
THIS IS WHY I PROVIDE A TON OF WORK IN PROGRESS PHOTOS & UPDATES SO WE DO NOT HAVE A SITUATION LIKE THIS.

REFUNDS
-If the commission is 0% started you will get a Full Refund.
If materials have been ordered but no work has been started on the actual suit, you will get a refund minus -20% to cover the materials already purchased.
-If the commission is started - 50% finished, you are entitled to a partial refund.
-If the commission is 50-100% finished you cannot be refunded. At that point the suit will be finished and you will be free to resell the commission once it is in your possession.
OTHER TERMS
-WOLFSKIN STUDIOS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR "BUYERS REMORSE" AFTER THE COMMISSION IS FINISHED OR OUTSIDE OPINIONS THAT MAY HAVE POSSIBLY CHANGED YOUR VIEW OF YOUR COMMISSION.
-I WORK HARD & PROVIDE MANY WORK IN PROGRESS PHOTOS DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS & ASK PLENTY OF QUESTIONS IF SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. FAILURE TO TO NOTIFY OF AN ISSUE DURING THE WORK IN PROGRESS POINTS IS NOT THE STUDIOS FAULT. AS STATED BEFORE, I AM MORE THEN WILLING TO FIX THINGS ON A SUIT IF NEEDED, PLEASE JUST REACH OUT ABOUT THE ISSUES & I WILL BE GLAD TO HELP. (DEPENDING ON MY WORK LOAD & CURRENT PROJECTS, YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO WAIT UNTIL I HAVE PROPER TIME TO WORK ON FIXING YOUR PROJECT SO CURRENT COMMISSIONERS ARE NOT LEFT WAITING LONGER THEN NEEDED.)
-BY COMMISSIONING WOLFSKIN STUDIOS YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE SERVICE TO CREATE YOU A UNIQUE, ONE OF A KIND COSTUME TAILORED PERFECTLY FOR YOU. YOU ARE PAYING FOR MY EXPERIENCE AS AN ARTIST, MY TIME, MY SKILL, ALL MATERIALS NEEDED TO MAKE YOUR COSTUME, MY CONSTANT AVAILABILITY TO TALK ABOUT YOUR COMMISSION PROCESS, SHIPPING MATERIALS & A 1 YEAR WARRENTY FOR FIXING YOUR SUIT WHENEVER YOU NEED IT. AMONG MANY OTHER THINGS INCLUDED IN YOUR COMMISSION PROCESS.
-EVERYTHING CAN BE FIXED. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU TALK TO ME IN A CALM MANNER & REMEMBER THAT HAND MADE ITEMS ARE NOT ALWAYS PERFECT THE FIRST TIME AROUND & WILL FREQUENTLY NEED TAILORED OR REPAIRED REGULARLY. WOLFSKIN STUDIOS DOES NOT TOLLERATE "SPAMMING" US IN MESSAGES OR FOWL LANGUAGE DIRECTED AT MYSELF OR THE COMMISSION.
