FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

"Do you take payment plans?"

We are currently unable to take payment plans. The only time we will accept a small payment plan is for a larger commission & will only be available for up to 3 payments maximum.

"Do you work with minors?"

Wolfskin Studio only accepts commissioners 18+. Fursuit Commissions Require proof of age by ID. You can block out the important stuff as long as I have a name and age.

"Can I get a Refund?"

Refunds can always be accommodated, but please try to only commission me if you are very sure you wont need a refund later. Refunds are stressful for both of us.

If no work has been started & no materials ordered you are entitled to a full refund.
If the commission has been started and materials have been ordered, you are entitled to a partial refund minus 30% to cover time, commission slot occupancy & materials ordered.
If the commission is completed or almost completed, you will not receive a refund. When the suit is completed you will be sent the suit & you can then resell it once in your possession.

These terms are part of my Terms Of Service Which you agreed to when commissioning me. Please keep this in mind when considering asking for a refund.

"What is your turn around time like?"

Depending on the suit type, Fullsuits can take 1 month or more, Partials can take Less then 1 month.

"Can you get my suit done by -This- Time?"

I am no longer accepting deadlines!

"When will you be open for commissions?"

Commission openings are sporadic. I usually open for commissions when I am nearing the end of my queue.

"Whats your work schedule?"

Currently I work Mon-Fri 8AM to 5-9PM, But sometimes on the weekends.

"Do you show Work in progress of my suit being made?"

Of Course! I show commissioners wips before anyone else. Commissioners always get wips before anything is finished, so your suit is made to how you want it.

"I commissioned a partial, Can I come back and upgrade?"

Of course! Commissioners can always come back to add parts or get fullsuits made later!

"Do you make Premades?"

Occasionally! I tend to only make premades in-between commissions if I want to play around with a new style, fabric or method or if I need emergency funds for some reason.. But for right now I'm really just focusing on commissions.

"Do you do 18+ Stuff for suits?"

Yes. Just tell me what you'd want and where you want it! SPZ, Add ons, Ect.

"Do mind if your suits are used for NSFW acts or Softsuiting?"

Of course not! I am totally supportive of individuals in sexual spaces. If wearing your suit makes your feel sexy & attractive, do whatever you want!

"Do I need a Reff sheet for my commission?"

Yes. I will need a 2-3 fullbody FLAT colored turn around reff sheet for your character.

"Do you take anything else other then paypal?"

We currently accept Square, Bank transfer, Intuit invoice & Paypal.

"Can you help me pick out furs for my suit or Do I have to do that?"

I will only help commissioners look for furs and other materials. If you are not a commissioner I can give you tips on where to find your fabric but nothing else. Searching for fur and fabric is extremely time consuming and tedious, I do not have time to help strangers ):

"How much will shipping be?"

I can give you an estimated price via weighing your box and getting a quote online. Please be aware that shipping can go from anywhere of $50-$500 depending on where you are located and added insurance. This is NOT included in your commission base price and must be paid before shipping the suit out.

"Can you do moving jaws?"

We are currently not doing moving jaws.

"Can you make parts like Articulated tails or use Silicone pawpads?"

At this time I dont feel confident in my abilities as an artist to make complicated things like articulated tails or silicone parts. We are stepping away from using silicone, resin, and other parts we cant make ourselves, sorry!

Can you do airbrushing?

Yes I offer airbrushing. I am no professional but I am getting better at it!

Are your suits Prewashed before being delivered to me?

Sadly, Our suits are not able to be prewashed before being shipped out to commissioners, But I do try my best to make them as fur free as I can & vacuum out the inside of heads before shipping them.

Mythical creatures (to an extent of my ability)
Dragons or reptiles
Shark types

What I WONT Make:

Dutch angel dragons
Robot or mech
Digimon, Pokemon, or game characters/creatures
Kemono style Characters

Why are your Commissions so Expensive?

Great question! Sadly with how the world is running, everything is getting more expensive. That includes the cost of living, cost of materials, shipping prices etc. We currently live in a city in Northern California where rent & gas prices are on the rise. Along with having to pay for medical & car insurance, I also pay taxes yearly (about 30% of my income goes to taxes + more to fees) & I have a partner & pets to feed (I also have an elderly cat who needs a medicated diet). Not to mention your are paying me for my Time, Energy & years of knowledge & skills!

So to keep our heads above water I sadly have to keep raising prices to make sure we can survive the world around us. Without your support we would be screwed & I wouldn't be able to have the life that I have currently. So I do appreciate & thank every one of my commissioners who can support me by commissioning me for a one of a kind fursuit made exactly for them!
